My stay at AKA Sutton Place was a mix of luxury and convenience. The rooms were luxuriously furnished in a modern style and very spacious, ideal for a New York City stay, but I did notice smeared dead mosquitos on the wall. The service was top-notch, with maximum efficiency and genuine warmth, especially at the front desk and door. The location was excellent, offering safety and easy access to everything New York has to offer, though the view from my room overlooked a brick wall. The dining experience was convenient and complimentary in the morning, serving tasty croissants and fruit. As for the facilities, everything was in place with services like dry cleaning, grocery shopping, and a welcome drink available. However, Wi-Fi had to be paid separately.

Staying at this hotel felt like having a small house in the heart of the city. The fully appointed kitchens and nice fixtures provided a cozy and homey atmosphere that you wouldn't typically get in a hotel, making it perfect for meetings and entertaining guests.

After a busy day site-seeing, it provided an excellent and comfortable apartment to relax in. The service was very friendly and always helpful with any questions and suggestions. The location was very convenient to all the Christmas and shopping activities, offering a quiet area with easy access to the best that New York has to offer. The dining experience was delightful with complimentary morning croissants and fruit in the lobby.
